john deere D two cylinder turbo?

I have what I think is a old john deere two cylinder engine at the farm. I think that it is similar to a model D engine, but it is set up for stationary use. My question is, it appears to have a old style turbo charger on it. Is anyone aware of this style of eingine with a turbo on it from the factory.
