Great site is it not have been monitoring it for a while.If you have a IPTO Look under the front of trans .There is a small lever that disconnects the PTO from engaging.this was if you were going to ride alot with out using pto or for on road driving. saves on the gears . If that does not do it then it could be internal or the lever out of adj.That is what I have found on mine. i just had to replace the PTO drive and clutch and pressure plate and the seals involved. Not sure about your steering problem,I have manual. good luck John
