i would check temp sensor. if the sensor is bad it will run like the choke is stuck on when its warm. maybe over fueling causing the exhaust to heat up?. also go with what allen said about the converter. check and see how much exhaust flow you have at the tail pipe. the converter can also break apart and clog up the muffler. but the temp sensor is a common problom on alot of vehicles. let us know what you find out.
