I'm 68 an when I went to grammar school back in the olden days I was told that the earth was still warming up from the last Ice Age and that NY City and the east coast would be flooded when its back to normal.
Funny thing this was all before we even new it was us who doing the nasty deed. Well live an learn I guess.

PS ever wonder how all that oil got way up there on the Arctic Circle. Must have been a lot warmer than it is now.
