Another tire question folks. The tires on the front of my tractor are 5x16 4 ply. They are fine under normal inflation until I hang the frontloader on, then they kinda squash down a little and get worse when I pick anything up.. Just saw some 8 ply advertised w/ the 3 rib design and some with an actual tread pattern. Would 8 ply handle more load? Or, am I looking at it wrong? Also, the worn out tires that I have now have (had) a tread pattern. When I get new ones, is there a benefit/drawback of one design over the other (tread vs rib)?
