here in north west il appears to be a good crop of corn and beans; however about 10 miles west of me there is a lot of corn and beans damaged by wind and hail. this area goes into south west wi a long way. i have been told hay auctions have already started up in sw wi as hay hasn't been made due to wet weather can't get up put up. then sw wi got hammered by by heavy rain, wind, hail, and tornades lots of hay ruined for 2nd and 3rd crop. we are about 2 weeks behind where should be for crop development. crop dryer will be running long time this year.
