Bus Driver, I found out about Gold and Mercury the hard way. I got some Mercury on my ring and the more I tried to get it off the worst it got until the whole ring was silver. I had to take the ring to the jeweler to get the Mercury removed. I know that you shouldn't handle Mercury but that was back then when it didn't hurt you. :o)
