Ever since the first of the year I have been wanting to get the old car out of the garage. It's been parked for over 2 years and since we normally have pretty decent weather in January I planned to drag it out and get it running again. But noooooo........the wet and cold weather had to make it's way all the way down here to the Mexico border several times only to hamper my attempt. A few weeks ago I got it drug out only to find one brake locked up and of course a very dead battery. I put the charger on the battery and left it for the last 2 weeks waiting out the lousy weather. (Nice to have a good charger that shuts itself off when it's fully charged) Finally today since it was close to 80 I got the brakes released and got the old gal running again. I pulled it out in the yard and hosed off the foot of dust and hopefully I can get it washed and waxed later this week. Can't wait to take the old gal out for a spin again!
