Farmall Cub hunting after overhaul

Hi,

I have completly rebuild the engine of my farmall cub new bearings new pistons new valves crankshaft reground, carburator rebuild new coil and points in the magneto. But when i started the engine yesterday, it starts quikly, it is hunting. How do i adjust the little spring in front of the governer, and how to adjustd the caburator.

The high speed jet is not adjustable. But it can be cleaned. It is the brass 3/8" hex on the side of the carburetor. Do not enlarge nor alter the tiny hole in the end of the jet.
Clean with smooth wire and compressed air. Hunting or searching often is caused by a lean mixture.
