Will Fast Hitch from 300/350 fit an H?

I realize that it'll take a conversion to 'live' hydraulics to make this practical; I'm just curious if anyone knows whether it'll physically mount up to an H.

Red Man is right, but an after market 3 point hitch new is only about 400.00. kjm

The rear-end housing on an H is not drilled for the fast hitch from the factory like the 300 and 350.
