I replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing. While it was apart i replaced the rear main and oil pan gasket. It still leaks oil when I shut the engine off.I cant figure out where the oil is coming from.Looked at 2 other 300 utilitys and they do the same thing.Any ideas and opinions?

Kind of hard to diagnose your problem(s) from the information you've posted so far. It's unlikely your tractor is leaking oil after the engine is turned off since there's no oil pressure at that point, and the oil is just sitting in the pan. Could you provide a few details about where the leaking oil is showing up, etc.?

One possible problem - the aluminum pieces which hold the rear main on this engine tend to warp, and leaks in the rear main area are probably more likely to be from problems gasketing these pieces than from the main seal. Getting these aluminum pieces machined and faced so that the gaskets have a chance to work is a really good idea.

Hope this helps; posting more detailed information might get you some other ideas.
