Plowing with a LoBoy

Have a '62 Cub LoBoy with fast hitch. Bought a IH turning plow for it, and tried it out. Can't get the plow to engage the soil, even with touch control fully down, and fast hitch depth adjustment at full travel. Plow just slides along the surface.

What am I doing wrong? Are there different plows for LoBoys?

The fast hitch cubs get to enjoy the niceities of Down pressure and should bite the soil right off if the depth control is moved all the way down (screw or lever depending on cub). The only thing I can think of is that you have fautly hydraulics with no down pressure.
