I bought a 45t baler at a auction and the owner says it ran the last time he used it, which was five years ago. is this baler worth keeping and working on?

we had a 45T years ago. It was a good bailer, but if this one had set out in the rain or weather, you will have problems with the knotters and tying the twine. we did not have much success with plastic twine in it. we punched so much hay thru our baler that we completly wore it out. if I remember right we had put at least 3 sets of knotters in it, and reblocked it twice.
