Hey guys got a question for you, I don't use my Super M during the winter (plow snow with the M) what is the best for the tractor so I don't have a gummed up carb in the spring-I put a can of seafoam in the gas to stablize it but should I run the carb dry? Or will that stablizer hold it over till I take it back out?

Just hoping for some different thoughts.

Thanks.

Stabilize the fuel. Make sure the fuel in the carb bowel is also stabilized (run to tractor for 20 mins or so after putting the stabilizer in the gas tank). Change the oil and filter. If possible, try to lift the tires off the damp ground or cold concrete. Remove the battery and store it in a warmer place, if possible. Recharge the battery every month. Remove the spark plugs and shoot a couple streams of oil in each cylinder and turn the engine over a couple turns. Be sure that your anti freeze mixture is strong enough to prevent freezing. Cover your exhaust stack. I guess that about covers everything. Somneone will chime in if I did miss something.

my uncle uses sta-bil in his boat, dumps it in before the last fishing trip to mix it up and get it into the carbs, has good luck with it.
