Have a 1952 Super C S/N 153868 & chassis model FC...I was told that it is was not a Super C because their is no S in the serial number.. Thanks

FC is the prefix for the chassis serial number for the US made C/Super C, not the actual model designation.

It's a Super C, prefix for C and Super C is FC, just as the prefix for the A and Super A is FAA. Only the Super H, Super M and Super MTA use the S designation, along with the Super W series. Lot of assumptions around, most are wrong.

all super c's had 6 numbers in the serial #. regular c's had only 5. yours is a super c.

Super C Yah; In 1952 they made 31,1330 Super C'S.
The group of serial numbers in play were 131157
thru 159129. You have the real thing. Made in Chicago? Enjoy a real nice light duty tractor.
