While searching for International truck parts on eBay, I ran across what's listed as a TD-6 conversion diesel engine...if I'm not mistaken, a 6-series diesel would be the same as an M diesel (or nearly the same)...last I saw, the opening bid of $100 hadn't been made yet.

Yeah, I saw that, too. But is a pretty long drive from here in SW Mich, if I recall...
I keep looking for a d361 out of an 806, 826, for that smoker H project..... .Thought I was on to something when I saw that, but alas, another false alarm. You know, I am really leaning toward doing a tractor like Chads 460H, but I just can't find a cheap enough donor 460. If I do, you should do one too...Still working the swing shift?..... ..AC

Yeah, I'm on 3rd shift now...which is why all my posts are in the morning here. Wife says I can't afford to start on the H until I get one of my old International pickups on the road (I've got a '51 and a '52)...bank account agrees with the wife!

Yeah, I'm not married, but I am trying to act like it, so it is not such a shock...LOL...Today, I picked up a Red Diamond head to use...I'm about as low budget as you can get (unemployed college student) so I know what you mean about the bank account!.....AC
