Does anyone have a parts source for the bolster pivot shaft thrust bearing (IH# 354676R91) for a 52 H? I found an Upper Bolster Overhaul Kit (Carter & Gruenewald) but have had no luck trying to find just the bearing.
Also, I have about 1/4" "play" up and down. (the tractor can be lifted about 1/4" before the wheels come off the ground). Have done quite a bit of searching on the Archives here for information (and found a ton of tips) but didn't see anything about fixing that. (i do have the spacer mentioned...if it is located near the bottom of the shaft.) Thank you.

I found both the thrust bearing and the spacer at Williamson County Equipment (CASE/IH) in Taylor Texas (512) 352-6381. Ask for Darryl, Ricky or Walter in the parts department and they'll help you. The additional play in the upper bolster may be caused if the steering worm gear is not properly seated.

Thanks for the reply. My spacer doesn't appear to be worn, actually looks quite nice, although I have never seen another and have nothing to compare it to. Wonder if the fact that the bearing itself was cracked right thru contributed to the extra play. I will check when I put everything back together.
