Need some advice on my 200. The tractor runs like a top untill you take her around the field and then it will only run with the choke pulled half out. I have took the carb apart cleaned and blew out and it still does the same thing. Also checked sediment bowl strainer and gas flow is good. What is my next step?

I had similar trouble, it would run great then require full choke and run like $!##. Had a hole in the float. Not easy to solder, just when you get the lead melted, the heated air inside of the float would expand and pop a hole in it.. You must place the float in cool water after the solder is flowing, it gets sucked in and hardens. I got this tractor from a wrecker 'cause everyone had given up on it.

Check for vacuum leak on intake if your sure your getting enough fuel flow.

Yup...Jerry's right...you're either not getting enough fuel in, or you're getting too much air. If there's no fuel restriction, there's got to be a vacuum leak.
