I bought a Super A that has quite a lot of play in the steering. Is there any way to tighten this without replacing a lot of parts?

Start with the tie rods then to the arm in the sector and you mite get some of it out but usually the seal is shot and bushing is worn and bearing bad also these are in the sector itself.

Just rebuilt steering on 100 Farmall. Only replaced bearings and seals. $35.00 made a world of difference. Only two bearings and seals in the box. Got lucky the bushings were still very good. Catch is you have to remove the entire front end from the tractor to do the R&R.
