Birthday Boy

Today is my Birthday, I was born in the year of the lead penny. To save you from counting on your fingers that makes me 61. I noticed a 1943 Farmall M in the classifieds. As this was the most austere year of the war I was wondering how many Farmall M or H tractors were manufactured in that year and or if date of sale fiqures into the year of production.

It seems like those very tame cheap shots even after having been invited were too much for the birthday boy and were in fact not welcome after all. As it turns out, his thoughts weren't even worth one of those pennies which he couldn't get right.
Maybe it's time for you to go to bed birthday boy.
That beiing said, a very good fourth of July to everyone! Except of course to Birthday Boy who it seems NEVER has a good day.

Calm down, whiner. A joke is joke. But anonymous remarks are a cowards tactics. Was it your intent to make my day worse. How was your day?

Big Brave Bully, Now look who is whining. Sure glad you used your real name rather than an anynomous handle like the rest of us. Would hate to see you use those cowardly tactics yourself.

Not sure what you are talking about. Perhaps just a weak attempt to gain some composure. Who is not welcome, a customer of yours? Are you still mad at that guy? If don't know who I am you must be quite mad.

Birthdayboy, The only thing better than a "cheap shot" is a "free shot" so here goes: ( I ) that translates to a "moon".

Ok, you've shown your face and since you are walking backwards it is certainly an improvement.

Thumper, At least if I ever need a skin graft to hide my facial scars, I will know just where to get it from. Theres lots to be said about interchangable parts. Some of us were just born lucky, I guess.

You said cheap shoots were welcome. If you can't take a little humor then don't ask for it.

I am calm. I forgot, everybody loves a know it all. We always called them lead pennys cause they looked like lead. The strategy was to save copper for the war effort. Remember, I was't born yesterday. Bragging about the fact that you are slimmer than a fat person doesn't change the weight of either. Happy Fourth of July

Yes, by all means. Consider the source. I love the way you add joviality to the circumstance, time after time after time, any more cheap shots?

I think Stan's comments were meant in good humor. That being said, according to the serial number lists approx 7413 M's and 28,160 H's were produced that year.
