hi, i have a henderson loader on my super C, so i have a large tank for touch control/loader fluid. can you have too much fluid?

Not if it is plumbed correctly. The tank should just act a surge tank if you have one-way cylinders on your loader. Then the level in the tank will go down as you raise the loader and vice-versa when you lower it. If it has two way cylinders then the tank level should remain pretty much constant.

As long as the fluid level doesn't get low enough to uncover the end of the pickup you will be fine. If the pickup became exposed during operation it would suck in air. Don't forget to take into account the sloshing around that will occur as you start and stop and go up and down hill.

so if i fill the tank all the way up, i should be ok right? (the loader is down adn the pistons in)

With the cylinder totally retracted and the rockshafts to the rear, you should still leave the level in the tank down some to allow room for thermal expansion.

ok, i dont really have a release or anything either, so if i lift soemting to heave the cylinder explodes, so can i get like a pressure release for the resevoir
