Nice rig! Of our 14 or 15 tractors, the Super C is the handiest! With the Fast Hitch, it converts to the nicest 3 pt, turns on a dime (no matter what anyone says, don't put a wide front on her unless you have a football field to turn it around in!) and it's a great puller...competitive in more weigh classes than any of our others! Pete

Hello Pete, Is the tractor that much of a bear to turn with a wide front? I have an A and a Super A and while they dont turn like a narrow front they are still pretty manuverable. My friend down the road from me has a 49 C that I have driven with a narrow front, actually Im trying to buy it from him, but I have never driven one with a wide front. Just wondering?

Thanks
scotty

Good to see one in her "work clothes". I actually thing they look better in the original looking paint, with some oil stains, etc. That is how they were when they were in use. Good looking Super C.

MJD, That's a great looking blade set-up. the six foot blade looks off-set and what kind of hitch is that?

MJD,

Boy! That's a sweet looking old tractor! Bet you chain that one up to the lamp-post at night!

MJD, Nice lookin Super C!!! But if you really want something to mow why dont you come up here to Vt and give that Super C a real workout, but you might need a wide frontend!!!

Thats not the same tractor as the one in the first picture, is it? Are those original Montgomery Wards tires on it? Haven't seen any with that style of tread for YEARS! Neat! (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
