A with mag ingition starts and run great when cold,then when gets warm about an hour it starts hesatating and gets worse the longer it is under load.filed and set points .013, new plugs,rebuilt carb, set float and checked screen at carb,gas from tank is good,also new cap and rotor are in maybe time for new condenser and a set of points?maybe a new coil in mag? any and all ideas appreciated

Boy you were close,replace the carb with a brand new one from Case/IH.I have been down that road before,that is the only way I could fix them.Oh,by the way,I have 25 years exp. as a self employed tractor mechanic.

When it starts hesitating, check the spark. It should be bright blue all the way to the spark plugs. If not then you are on the track with points, condenser, coil, etc. If you still have a bright blue spark you need to look somewhere else like valve adjustment or a plugged gas cap.
