What tires should i put on my farmall H? I already have a new set of 11-38 rims. I am looking for just a good looking restorition. The tractor probly wont be worked very hard.

You can still get the 11.2x38 (most common from the factory I think) from Firestone. I think the 12.4's look a little more macho.

In the parts book 11 inch rims are listed for 12-38 (new size 13.6-38) tires. I suppose 14.9's would look ok, but I see no reason for them for your intended use. Back in the 50's the H we used for heavy tillage had 11-38's, some slippage with a plow, otherwise ok.

went with 14.8 38 on my H she gos down the road nice hallin trailors . Have same on the M too .

you will probly want to go with the 12.4 38 there used to be a 11.2 or something but I dont know if any one is making them. I have 13.6/38s on my H but I use her to disc and plow and such so I went with the bigger. JON
