Anyone have any clues what the salvage value of an 806 is? Looks (from the road) to be in pretty straight shape, its rusty but sits in a lean-to shed and has been for years.

Depends on where you are at, I suppose. In Iowa, 3500-4500 will catch all average ones at auction. One with a good paint job and recent mechanic work might be around 6, but most 806s, in avg condition would be in the range above. I asked the salvage value of ours a year ago (turned out I just had a broken fork in the speed trans.), without a cab, with flat top fenders, a ton of hours on the motor, and a broken up wide front end we would have put beneath it, I was quoted a price around $1500. Which is cheap, but fair I think, considering how cheap the useable ones are. If it is a gas, it would be worth less I think. Dad said they demoed one and got just over 3 hours of field work on the tank of gas.
