I am in pursuit of picking up some M.Deerings laying in a field and I'm trying to get some information on them. model, etc. is there any good place on the net that specializes in them?
i have attached a picture of one of the tractors. as best that i can tell it should be a w30.

I'm curious to maybe the value, parts availability. etc.

were there any particular problems with these models that i should be aware of?

any help is appreciated

(i got a good collection of green, just starting on the red ones)

No side curtains on a W-30, taller fuel tank with built in starter gas tank (10-20 has oval shaped tank),not seperate starter tank, like 10-20. Taller over all, exhaust exits up through the hood. Fenders wrap around the front of the platform on a W-30..... Those are the quick points for me. Here is a 10-20 for compare

Looks like an earlier W-30 to me. I looks like it has the small gas cap doesn't it? Nice to have factory Rubber. If you get the serial number off the tag see if it has a P and a T after the number. P is pneaumatic (rubber) T will be a high speed rear end. Kinda nice on these old girls.

Take a peek on the mounting bracket under the front of the fuel tank. There should be a “tag” on there just to the left of the oil pressure gauge that should give you enough information to get started.
