Hello, i took apart the PTO belt pully assembly & notice that there is a brass bushing in the housing that should be replaced? How can i remove the brass bushing & where can i purchase the brass bushing? Thanks john

not knowing what the diameter of the bushing,i dont know if a bushing driver set would go that large.dont even know if they are available anymore. a bushing cutter will take it out if you cant get a driver. ive used sockets to brive bushings in. but you have to be careful with both operarions. if you burr the bushing going in a fine cu half round file will clean it right up. but a bushing driver makes it so much easier. snap on or matco probaly still have them avilable. will be pricey though.i have 2 sets. small one works well with starter bushing etc. larger one works well with smaller king pins.by the time a machinist makes one for you the cost would probably be more than a bushing driver set would cost.

If you mean the drive shaft bushing, the IH part number is 49143D. If it's no longer available, a machine shop can make one. They might have to remove the old one also, I have no tools that I could safely remove it with. Someone else might have an idea.
