The first thing to check is make sure that the flow control levers are in full flow position both in cab and on control valve under cab. The next thing to look at is in the couplers. Do you have the IH couplers yet or have they been converted to the ISO (or Pioneer) style. Look to see if the tips are hammered down so they can't open up all the way and cause restriction to flow. These are things you can check out easily and any thing else you should have sombody that has hands on experience with this system determine whats wrong. Just don't waste your time looking to put in a gear pump system cause they can't put out the volumn for running motors and other hyd's at the same time. Sorry I couldn't answer this sooner, I turn wrenches during the week and don't have a computer at my apartment, so I just check out the site on weekends when I can get to a computer.

Them pesty PFC systems are a pain when something goes wrong , Ya have to have the complete flow rater and anilizer to test and find out what is wrong with them it could be as simpal as a speck of dirt in the orfice or it could be the pump. and to try and find out what is wrong with out testing it will cost more then just taking it to the dealer and have it tested and repaired.

Hi Bill,

The big dogs tell me that the fix is to replace that problematic pump with a gear type.

Dunno, never owned one myself.
