Tennessee: No Super MTA's came from factory with fast hitch. In fact the fast hitch from a 400 will not fit as the MTA was not drilled for it. The only fast hitch that will fit an MTA are hitches from 450 or 560. I rather doubt there was ever a fast hitch on an MTA until the 450 was introduced in 1956. At that point a dealer could order you a fast hitch.

Not sure about the tractors that had it installed in the factory, but they came out of the factory with the castings to hook one up.

I remember in late 1954, just a couple months before the 400 was introduced (at the PA Farm Show) that there was a full page ad in the FARM JOURNAL of a SMTA-FH with a huge odd looking decal like SMD-TA-FH. Never saw one in person.
