Found a farmall 400 that a guy is selling that has be partially parted out. Motor is frozen but the rest of it is there minus body work and hydralics. I was wondering if the body panels off a Farmall M would fit this? Just looking at pics the 400 seems pretty similar to the MTA. Maybe just a crazy idea but I thought I would ask. Thanks.

Frozen engine, no sheet metal, no hydraulics -- forget it. The SMTA sheet metal will not just bolt on. I suppose you could find an SMTA grille, hood, and gas tank, along with the needed brackets and make an SMTA out of it, as the engine and transmission are the same, but that is not very practical.
