Hi Ron, I have the I&T shop service manual for 684 but the only electrical is testing alternator and starter. My brother has original IH manual for his 684 but lives 80 miles away and I will not be going there for at least two weeks.

What part of the wiring diagram do you require?

Thanks JB2, Pretty much all of it, tractor starts and runs fine, but, no accessories work, lights, gas gauge, etc. The tractor has been repainted and all the wires are now red and pretty much broken and dangling under the seat and behind the dash and terminals unplugged. I think I need to start from scratch. One of the service companies I ck'd with said he thouht there was a web site you could just download the info from. Ever heard of it????...Thanks for your help!!..Ron

Hi Ron, I don't know of any web site but I am no web surfer. Some people that visit this site have the IH CD-ROM parts book. I don't know if the 684 wiring diagram is on it or not but the not so long ago my brother went to the local IH dealer to get a lip seal for the fuel injection pump on his 454 and the CIH parts man printed the pages for the fuel pump and gave them to him.
Do you have a friendly CNH dealer nearby?

If I am visiting my brother in the next week or so, I will take my digital camera and photo his 684 manual.

Thanks I appreciate all the help I can get.. Our local dealer was not quite so helpful. While they had the service manual for the 684 they had nothing on the wiring.
Thanks again Ron
