I have a 1955 International 300 Utility. I have been told that there 2 types of Tachometer Drives, an old and new style. I am trying to figure out the difference between the two so I know which one to get. Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean the piece that goes in distributor drive that tach cable hooks to and 2 screws and a metal retainer hold it in.Not sure how to explain but will give it a shot. One is round on outside next to screws and the other has ears all the way around. The screws go between ears and and keep it from turning.
