If that is a new repaint, and you didn't use hardener, wait 4-6 months before waxing so that the paint cures properly.

I have no barn to keep the tractor in thus, Should I cover it until then or is Ok for the frost to hit it. Is it ok to put the decals on??
Thanks Andrew

One winter outside is not going to hurt your tractor. You can wax it next spring. You can cover it, but the cover needs to breathe. If it was mine, I think I would leave it uncovered. I'm not sure about the decals on unhardened paint. I imagine if it has been a couple of weeks you are ok. Some apply them immediately, I don't think that's a good idea, but I have never used unhardened paint. I can't see frost doing any harm, as long as it has been a few days.
