After two (!?!) years of working on it, took the fully-restored 59 Cub out today for a spin. She purrs like a kitten. That shop floor breathed a sigh of relief seeing daylight after so long being covered up by that girl. Time to clean up the shop and start on a new project (let's see, umm, restoring Woods belly mower for Cub? Installing new-to-me belt pulley on SC? Installing new-to-me fast hitch on SC? Ring job on not-new-to-me Blue 3000? Cleaning up and reorganizing shop? Nah.)

I know exactly what you mean. My shop floor has a Cub on it now for 2 years as well. For sure it will be running before Christmas. It"s all done except for wiring, fluids, and decals. That should take about 1 day, but for the last 2 months I have not had 1 day to spare. I"m in no rush, but I am looking forward to it.

It"s a good feeling , enjoy.
