In a litte while, I am planning on overhauling my engine on my super h. I have been looking around on the internet and the local case ih dealership for overhaul kits. I was just wondering which place would have the best quality kit. I don't want to buy a bad kit and end up tearing my whole engine apart after i just got done painting it. Any help would be appreciated!

I bought the kit for my "H" from this site, check "engine kits" in the left side of this page. I got the kit with everything but the bearings because I was having the crank reground. The price was reasonable, everything fit, all the parts were there and the engine runs good. Kim is in the business to sell parts and this site is made possible through her company. I believe in supporting the people that support us. Bill

I've rebuilt a Cub, Super H and 3-C113/123's in the last couple of years and got my kits online at tractorkits.com. All good stuff. No problems, and he will sell you what you need (partial kit). Good prices.

I know some one will disagree but really listen it doesnt really matter where you get it probably most of the places you are looking are getting them from about the same places anyway but you must measure check and recheck every spec on each part of the engine. Most people think you can buy a good kit and you just put them in the engine and put it together WRONG. Rebuilt means to each and every spec the engine has cause after all thats what makes it run and run good. good luck

I agree with DJM75, don't buy a kit till you tear your engine apart & check & measure everything. Remember its 50 years old or so chances are someone has been in there before.

Well if you have a big bank acount go with the dealer but make sure there good usa parts. I have noticed alot of my dealers parts are packaged through case IH but are made over seas. You can go to napa and get federal mogel or what ever they can get thats good or you can go with this site or A&I all pretty good quality parts you just need to check them out good when you get them for imperfections and replace as nessisary. I am very happy with my A&I kit I put in my H last year most of the parts were very good name brand stuff. JON
