I can't figure out which Zenith carb I have on my Super A so I can get a rebuild kit. The carb has Zenith stamped on the bottom of the bowl and what looks like a date code of 6-63on the inlet. The part no. tag has 375560R91 on it which doesn't show up in any of my parts manuals. Anybody have a guess?

Thanks

Jack

Rusty is correct except that there was more than one Zenith, the shape of the bowl/throttle bodies were different requiring different gaskets between the two. CIH will have the right one. I do not know if the generic kits have both gaskets or not as I have only given CIH the correct number for my carburetors.

That number is correct for a Farmall super A. Rebuild kits for the Zenith carbs are rather generic so if the kit is listed as being for an A,super A, etc., it will fit. I can order a kit for you or you can find one right here on YT.

So what is the difference between the Zenith 11115 and the Zenith 10514A? Those are the models listed here on YT for rebuild kits. The parts manual doesn't list those numbers.

I have some data published by Zenith that lists some of their specs. Your number 375560R91 is a Zenith 161x7, which is part of their 161 series. So the carb on page 46 of your parts manual is similar to yours, although the IH number is different. The other carb is a 67X7, venturi is the same, jets are different. And, there is more than one version of each of these carbs. I do not know the effect of interchanging parts between these carbs, or how many actually fit. The safe way is to get the kit from Case-IH, if you do not have a local dealer, then Carter and Grunewald 866-327-6255. They will have your part number in their computer. I'm not saying the kit on this site is not as good, just that there are certain parts that I, personally, prefer to get from CIH.

The 10514A matches the 375560R91 number. I suspect that one is the gasoline carb and the other is a distillate carb, but I can't say for sure. The book I am looking at lists the same kit number for both of those carbs.
