My 43 H front grill has some pushed in and bent areas. What are you using to get these back into shape? I could not even push them back out when I tried to straighten them by hand.

If you have the means to manufacture a small straightening die and punch, albeit crude, you can do a very nice job of straightening those bars yourself. It takes some patience though.

I would take that grill to a good body shop. Its
amazing what they can do with sheet metal or to a Votech School where they have car body repair. Hal

I agree, I have tried straightening out the bends using a common ball peen hammer and a few blocks of various sizes and shapes of wood. My crude methods do not work easily. I would suggest letting an experienced body repair shop do it.
