I"ve heard it was a good work horse. I currently have a restored 230, love it, and would consider this 350 for my next project. I know the owner well and he states(I believe him( it ran two years ago, just loaned it to a friend and he let the rain cap(can) rust out. I have seen posts about unsticking these old tractors, and it sounds like it is do-able.
Is it worth the effort?

It's def worth a try. I bought my H last fall and it was rusted fast, til we got it home on the trailer it was loose. We had it running that night and that sat for 4 years, even ran on 4yr old gasoline. 2 hours ago I was in the field plowing with it and it works great. So I wouldn't hesitate on trying it, remember they are a sleeved motor so the worst you might have to do is put new pistons and sleeves in it

It would be worth quite a bit more, fixed up, if that's your question. It's definitely worth fixin' - get it unstuck, cleaned up, painted, swap in 12V electrical if you haven't already...$3,000+

$200 to $300. If it is stuck, it is just a pile of iron.
