I was wondering if anyone knew the new numbers for what spark plugs i need for an H. I have a manual but they changed the numbers. It has Autolite BT8's in now. What is the new number?

I read with certain interest (you comment)
that Autolite 388 plugs should not be used with a magneto ingition system. I bought a handfull of them the other day and now my F Cub and JD B run at the top their game. Is there any potential for damage if they are used? They sure worked fine for me!! Joe Howard

Autolite 377, 378 or 3116 and Champion D21, D23 or D18Y are non resistor plugs and will work. Autolite 386 & 388 will fit but keep in mind those are resistor type plugs and shouldn't be used with a magneto ignition.
