Don't confuse the Hi-Clear with the High Utility. They are two different tractors. The Hi-Clear is a row crop tractor with drop housings on the rear and raised spindles on the front. The High Utility is a utility style tractor with 38" rear rubber. The 350 high utility was made only in 1958, 766 of them were made, and they are rare. It was built because some farmers wanted the low clearance of a utility model but more crop clearance than a regular utility model had.

I read somewhere that there were 877 Gas 350 Hi-Utility tractors built. What is the serial number of your tractor. My 350 Hi-Utility's serial number is 18104.

I believe my neighbors Hi-clear is a 350, If you need some pic's I can get some sometime. I THINK production is in the 100's like 151 or something. I'd guess at the value of 10-15k when done.

The High Clear is pretty rare.As for exhaust routing, parts are still available from IH.Go to Binder Books for manuals.
