I am looking at a 350 utility and I am wondering just about what they are worth. I don't know a whole lot about the value of these utility models. It has new tires, good sheet metal with faded paint, engine has been freshened up, rebuilt hydraulic pump and it has power steering. I am in the SE ohio area. Thanks for any help you can give.

Utes dont seem to have value as collector/antique tractors....rather their value seems to be in a "working tractor".Very few people who buy one restore it and put it on display as a show piece, rather, they put them to work as a loader, mower, puller,or any number of other tasks.Much like they were originally designed for, their value and worth seems to be as hard workers, even 50 years later. The Ute market is driven by people who would buy a Kubota or New Holland if they could afford one,but buy the old Utes because they can pocket the extra $20,000 they saved by buying old, rather than "modern" new. Some buyers are IH diehards, but most appear to be tractor newbies unfamiliar with IH/Farmall tractors (as I once was). These are great tractors to learn with, and as such,CASE/IH should be thankful that 50 years on,they are bringing more people into the IH fold.Much like the 8N has made tons of Ford believers over the years,so has the 300/330/350Us in the world of International Harvester.

If the steering is tight and the tierods and spindle bushings are good, and if the TA works under load (starting out in fifth TA then going to direct w/o slipping, I would believe 2500-3500 would be fair. I do not know what freshened up means. If it is operated for an hour or so under load with no smoke, and the fluids look clean, it is worth it (or would be to me).
