I have a farmall b that was running great until we had a really bad rain storm. Now first I was getting spark from the mag to the rotor cap, but now I'm not even getting that. Any sugestions?

Moisture somewhere is grounding your mag, not allowing it to generate spark. All it takes is a drop of water, or wet wire insulation. Just look around for wet stuff, dry it out with a hair dryer or compressed air. My Allis B has a mag and sometimes will get fussy on a really foggy day due to humidity.

I replaced cap, rotor, points, and condenser yesterday. Still I have no fire. I had to remove the magneto to get to the condenser out. I did not see any moister. Set gap to points at 0.020. Could I have knocked it out of time? If so how do you reset the timing? Any suggestions

You need to remove No1 sparkplug near the radiator and bring No1 piston up to TDC on the compression stroke. You need to locate the timing mark on the flywheel and chalk it so it will be easy to see.

Then have someone hand crank the engine while you hold your thumb over the plug hole. When you feel pressure against your thumb, stop turning the engine and look for your chalk mark. Once you locate the timing mark resume cranking the engine until mark is aligned. Remove the cap and see where your rotor is pointing should be at the No1 plug tower. If you had noticed where the rotor was prior to pulling the mag all you had to do was turn the rotor to that position and reinstall the mag.

If the rotor is off you need to pull the mag and turn the rotor to No1 plug tower and reinstall mag. The point setting on a mag is .013" for all IH mags. Make sure your plug wires are in the correct firing sequence. 1-3-4-2 Hal

Thanks! It"s running. It seems to run just a little rough. I"ll have to play with the timming! Any suggestions on fine tuning?

I would use a timing lite to set the timing. I use an inductive lite from Sears and you just clip the pickup over the plug wire. Yuo may need another helper while one handles the lite and the other moves the mag. Hal
PS: Chalk the flywheel timing mark so its easy to see.

Your B will be mag ign, most of my experience is with distributor however they have one thing in common. Cap and rotor and my bet is the cap has a crack allowing moisture in. You might try a good ign spray. I say might as I've had very limited success over the years with these sprays. Usually a new cap is the answer.
