Please Help with restoration information on a tractor serving a third generation. Serial #360553-R3 F IH 2 7-15-C, 360486-R5 IH F1 7-1-C, Heads c-175 15273 6-25-C, manifold stamped 6-18-c. I need to know what year my tractor is and what model. Is it a 350 U or a 350 HU or possibly something alltogether different. I've seen pictures of 1956 through 58' models and they all look similar to mine including possibly a 330 U. Thank You!

The 350 HU has 38 inch cast rears, exactly the same ones that are on the 350 row crop. The 350 utility has stamped? or whatever 28 inch rears. Front HU spindles are taller, I think the front wheels are the same on both models, except on the HU they are red instead of white.

Also, the C175 engine identifies it as a 350, the 330 had a C135. There was also a 350 wheatland, different fenders, front axle and other differences, I have never seen one of those.

Thanks for the info. Off to check some numbers and dimensions. Rear tire is supposed to be smaller on the Utility. H Utility has a much larger tire? Still don't know if I can date the tractor from Serial #'s.
