I have been using a Fram G3606 inline fuel filter on my IH 154 Cub lo-Boy for years and now am having problems with it plugging. I know the Fram G3606 is for a fuel system with a fuel pump. It plugs up in about 3 weeks and I have to change it. I know you would say my gas tank needs to be cooked out etc. but it was a few years ago and still is clean. I need a fuel filter that is for gravity, anybody know what may work? Also, we have now 10% alcohol in the gas that I suspect is causing my problems. I have spilled gas before, no problem, spill the alcohol gas on the same 10 year paint and it wrinkles it. Thanks!!

I have been using them for years. I get them from WALL MART the 5/16 size for $1.75 just cant go wrong. The ethanol will loosen up rust and junk but the filters do catch all.

Just think, shortly your fuel tank will be clean as a whistle!!
Minnesotans have gone through that same scenario years ago.
You won"t have to buy any de-icer anymore, either.
There are definite advantages to ethanol blended fuel!

John,

The darned ink was kind of hard to read so hope I have it right, but I've been using the Car Quest 85102. It's a free flow filter and works fine on my gasser.
