Rock Picker: Having once installed a Farmall 300 axle clamps and U on a SM, here is my conclusion. Bear in mind the swinging drawbar is specific to certain models. Some of these folks will try and tell you M, through 560 is heavier, not so, there were two drawbars, "Standard and optional heavy duty. I agree, most M, SM, SMTA, 400, 450 and 560 had the heavy duty drawbar, but it was also optional on H, SH, 300, 330, 350, 340 and 460. Even though swinging drawbar was model specific there were light and heavy duty for all models.

How do I know this? In 1972 I removed the fast hitches from my Farmalls 300 and 560 and ordered from parts two new optional heavy duty drawbars for those tractors, complete with axle clamps, U and swinging drawbars. All parts for both were identical, except the swinging drawbar. Even the rollers for the swinging drawbars were identical.

I think the original question was: What other models does it FIT? As Hugh said there were different options.

The U-shaped part will fit the C through at least the 560. The swinging part is model specific. I have had a U-shaped drawbar on a C, the same drawbar was installed on my 460.

Rock Picker I would say h through 460 the H 300 460 should have smaller axels then m 560.

Axle housings are same size IH made them this way so same cultivators, planters, etc. could be used. I have drawbar fron 460 on M fits perfect.

The horseshoe drawbar that bolts to axle will fit H through 560 some of the bigger tractors will have thicker metal.
