What clutch goes in a Super H, serial number suffix J? Various sources list 9", 10" and 10.5" Rockford clutches.

Dad went to move the Super H the other day, and it wouldn"t shift anymore. Clutch never did feel right, but now it"s really had it.

Wow, clutches and pressure plates aren"t cheap, are they?

Hi Dennis, I can get you a new rockford for a really good price if you want just let me know. Yes that would be a 10.5" clutch and yes you do have to split them. Just sold the same set up this week to another for around $170.00 for clutch and pressure plate made by rockford. Not sure on a SH if its a little more or not but I will check if you want. There is one thing this site does not sell rockford so I am all right telling you this. JON

10.5 inches. Depends on what you call expensive, or cheap. Mine cost $210 from Bates Corp, 3 years ago. Your Case-IH dealer can get them, also. Ended up splitting the tractor and getting the flywheel resurfaced and replaced the rear crankshaft seal.
