I am looking at a FARMALL 460 that is for sale near me. It has a front loader and also comes with a 7' scraper, a rake (for grass/lawns), a 2 bottom plow and a 3-point hitch bracket adapter.
It starts up easily and runs (sounds) nice. It looks very clean and appears to have good care. The hour gauge says around 8000 hours. The owner told me it doesn't work right and he had replaced a cable at one time...

The guy wants $6400. I think he is negotiable. But I am wondering what a fair price would be for this package...

The loader etc. would add to the price. I have a 460 gas that has a completely rebuilt engine and clutch, good TA, 15.5's, nice tin, FH and am asking $3500 for it; have more in it than that; will likely have to winter it. 460's make such good pullers which keeps their value up. Long, well-balanced and for the price of a Govenor spring can be made powerful.

Maybe his price would be reasonable if it were a fully restored Diesel. How are the tires? How is the paint? Wide front or narrow? 8k hours for a diesel is getting up there. For a gasser it would be rebuild time.

If this is a gasser, I"d say 4K tops. The 460 is a glorified 300 and you can often get a better tractor, such as a 706 gas for under 4k.
