Russ, Cowman, and everyone who provided information and assistance the past few weeks.
I got my T20 up and running. In fact, yesterday I worked it for about six hours. Moved around a lot of dirt. I can start it without having to prime it. She will now start on the second crank.
I am now going to put it to work, I have three acres of oak trees that I need to clear, then I'm going to replant chestnut trees.
This winter, the old tractor will get a new coat of paint. When I figure out how to post photographs. I will post before and after photos.
This site is great, I have learned a lot. Just reading what you guys put in here. And I will continue to be here. I look forward to starting a new project. Only this one will be one of those green things.(MC crowler) Before you say anything, it belonged to my grandfather and is now a pile of rust, so for granddad. I'm going to bring her back to life. chat with you all later. Thanks, Merv

Congratualtions on getting it running and keeping it working for 6 hours. For my own education, does a T20 have a F-20 or 10-20 motor?

It has a motor unique to the T-20. Visually it looks like a F-20, but it has a water pump and a fuel pump. An F-20 engine will fit in there, and that has been done in a lot of T-20s that I have seen, but they are different. Same bore and stroke, though.

that's really great ,merv! we worked on a t-20 this summer, and the bottom radiator tank was the same as an f-30! like mike said a lot of the parts are unique. the water manifold is not f-20 or f-30 ( we had to weld it). i had heard of some guys putting f-20 blocks in them , but they won't have a fuel pump that way.
