I have a H that is one of the last ten made. What kind of price would it command if I sold it.It is in good shape and runs out nice. The only real problem is that the rear tires do not match. I was just wondering so my family would know.. Lets hear from you guys...

I have 389442 and 391624...both do have some Super H parts, but the bottom line is I bought both of these tractors in good running shape for $700 each.

Like the boys said, marketing is everything!

Good luck!

Billy

As in most of life, marketing is everything.

The shape you have it in, including tires, and how hard you try to find an individual who wants a high serial number H will all affect the price you can get from it.

Hold a farm auction at your house and it will bring close to the minimum, maybe $800. Post pictures, advertise, and put it in a nice consignment auction and you might do a lot better.

There are crazy people with a lot of money who want something unusual but you have to figure out how to get in touch with them without spending a lot of money.

Check the serial number list in Red Power magazine to see if yours is the highest they have listed.

Rusty is correct. The only ones worth more would be the first (501) and last (391730). There is a possibility that your tractor "could" have some Super H components on it such as the Super H engine and carb. That would make it somewhat unusual, but you would have to be able to document it as the engine bolts right in. It will have disk brakes like the Super H, but that occurred before the end of production. Problem with H's is they are too common -- 391000.

Probably not worth much more than any other H in similar condition. The mis-matched rear tires might hurt it a little. Ball-park value---$1,200 to $1,500.
