Has anyone heard of or know anything about Joseph Newman and his energy machine?

After watching that video, this dude is obviously on crack. That pickup does 2 miles per hour, its such a load. listen to him talk, he cant complete a well thought out sentence to save his life. He has no idea what he is talking about. He knows nothing about electric thoery, its very abvious.
My god
That video is also like 30 years old for the most part.
He wants your $20 for a dvd, there is your scam...

Ubnless he can defy the laws of physics, its a joke.
Nothing is over 100% efficient, you cannot create or destroy energy, only change its form. Now you could gain energy from outside a closed system, but eh.. I digress...
Tired of all of these susposive beat the gas price devices.
When they show up on the shalf, I'll be interested.

Joe susposedly had a machine that was self powered
(no external power source) I remember seeing him on Johnny Carson many years ago. There may have been some truth ot it, but its one of the ideas the big boys didn't want out of the box. Haven't heard anymore for several years. Did you do a internet search? ken

I had never heard of it. But then I keep my head stuck in the sand. But it don't look like the patent office was too impressed.

Cowman: that looks like the test report they made after confiscating his machine. As I understand it , they added ground wires which were not a part of the machine and any extra energy was grounded out and not measured. Please check out his website. He has a self built motor in a pickup, uses no gas & the battery pack loses no voltage after running it for a while. Very interesting!

There was a Joe Newman who was the bartender at the Mayport (Jacksonville, FL) Navy base, about 30 years ago, who claimed he could mix a high performance energy drink. I tried it, and was about as impressed as the folks at the patent office. I wonder if it could be the same guy?
